Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026Please read alongside our Privacy & Data Policy

01These terms

These terms govern your use of AnruiMed's website and coordination services. By contacting us or using our services, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy & Data Policy.

02Who we are

AnruiMed is a medical coordination service. We help international patients find and arrange care at hospitals in China. We are not a hospital or healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical treatment ourselves.

03Not medical advice

Information on our website and from our coordinators is general and for guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified physician. Always rely on the treating doctor's professional judgement.

04Your responsibilities

To help us help you, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information, including your medical history;
Tell us promptly of any change in your condition or plans;
Make your own informed decisions about treatment.

05Consultations and quotes

Initial consultations and assessments are provided free of charge. Any quote we share is an estimate based on the information available and is not binding until confirmed in writing. Hospital fees are set by the hospitals and may change based on clinical findings.

06Fees and payment

Our coordination service fee is agreed with you in advance and billed separately from hospital and third-party costs. Hospital fees are paid to the hospital directly or through escrow. We do not take hidden commission inside your treatment price.

07Hospitals and clinical care

Hospitals and specialists are independent providers. All clinical decisions, diagnoses and treatments are made by them, not by AnruiMed. We coordinate and facilitate; we do not direct clinical care or guarantee clinical outcomes.

08Cancellations and changes

Plans can change. Where you cancel or change arrangements, refunds of deposits and third-party costs depend on the policies of the hospitals and partners involved. We will always set out the applicable terms before you commit.

09Travel, visa and interpreting

We assist with visa letters, travel and interpreting, but final decisions on visas rest with the relevant authorities, and travel services are delivered by third parties subject to their own terms.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnruiMed is not liable for clinical outcomes or for the acts of independent hospitals, specialists or third-party providers. Our responsibility is limited to providing coordination services with reasonable care and skill.

11Privacy

We handle your personal and medical information in line with our Privacy & Data Policy. Please review it to understand your rights and our practices.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in your service agreement, and any dispute will be handled as set out there. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed with your legal adviser.)

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use of our services means you accept the current version.
